Find out more about our online seminars

What do I need to be able to attend an online seminar?

As long as you have a computer with an internet connection and Adobe Flash Player you will be able to attend, wherever you are in the world.  Our simple Pre-Seminar procedure will guide you through the process making your experience trouble free.  You just login and learn. If you are unsure whether your computer meets the system requirements then you can perform a short system test at the bottom of the page.

Select your operating system from the list below to view specific requirements.

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium, Professional, or Ultimate

Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Ultimate, Business, or Enterprise

Microsoft Windows XP Professional or Home Edition with Service Pack 2

Mac OS X v10.4, 10.5, 10.6 (Intel)

Mac OS X v10.4 (PowerPC)

Will I need to install any special software?

We ask delegates to install a very small Add-in.  This add-in will not interfere with your computer at all, it will simply mean that your online seminar runs more efficiently.

Will there be any documentation to accompany the seminar?

Prior to the seminar you will be able to download copies of the slide deck and also a key notes document.

How will I get my questions answered?

With many online seminars, delegates are often left disappointed by the lack of personal communication with the hosts.  Our online seminars will replicate the interactive and personal nature of the classroom, by giving you the chance to ask questions and receive answers in real-time during the seminar.  We will also give you the chance to test yourself throughout, with a variety of questions on the subject matter.

System Test

A short system test will automatically begin below. If the first 3 stages of the test are successful then you will be able to attend our online seminars without any problems.
